Infos | Mauritius Forbes Global Properties – Luxury Real Estate

Mauritius | Forbes Global Properties is a real estate advisory firm specialising in exceptional standalone residences within the island’s finest lifestyle, beachfront and golf estates. Previously known as Luxury Listings, the firm serves an international clientele seeking a distinctive home, an investment or a new base in Mauritius.

Founded by Valery de Falbaire, a Mauritian born and raised on the island, the company combines a personal understanding of Mauritius with an international outlook. A high-level triathlete and Coordination Member of the Olympic Games LA2028, Valery brings the discipline of competitive sport and the experience of helping organise a global event to the firm’s culture of meticulous preparation, professionalism and excellence.

These values are reflected in the care we bring to each property. Where a home would benefit from thoughtful furnishing, we go beyond advice, personally investing in selected pieces to enhance its presentation and reveal its full potential. We take pride in showcasing both the property and the story that makes it distinctive.
