Pointe d’Esny Le Village is a new real estate development located in the southeast of Mauritius, just a few steps from one of the island’s most beautiful lagoons. The first phase of the project covers 70 hectares, including 12 hectares of protected green spaces. Pointe d’Esny Le Village will feature a sports center, a school, local shops, restaurants and cafés, walking areas, and a Beach Club providing direct access to the sea.

The development is open to both Mauritians and foreign buyers and is being completed in phases. Today, the entire Pointe d’Esny Le Village site has been fully serviced. The 101 residential plots have been delivered to their owners, and the first individual constructions have already begun. All apartments and penthouses in the Rivage Sud neighborhood have been sold, with the first deliveries scheduled for the end of the first quarter of 2026. Meanwhile, the Villas Authentiques, of which only a few units remain available, are currently under construction.

The duplexes and Villas Authentiques are still available for sale, while the launch of the Villas Tropicales offers new investment opportunities within this exceptional living environment.
