The project

Pointe d'Esny Le Village is a new real estate program located in the Southeast of Mauritius, next to one of the most beautiful and largest lagoons of the island. The first phase of the project covers 95 acres, including 30 acres of protected green spaces. Designed as a village with its square, small shops, and facilities, Pointe d'Esny Le Village will include a sports center, a supermarket, restaurants and cafes, walking spaces, and a beach club to access the sea.

The project is aimed at both foreigners and Mauritians. All 102 'serviced plots' initially put up for sale and reserved to Mauritians have already been sold.
Currently available for sale are apartments and villas. The apartments, which are without vis-à-vis, have a surface area ranging from 131 to 288 square meters and all have 3 bedrooms. They are the ideal choice for those looking for a home base in the Southeast, as well as for lovers of the South and the sea.
As for the villas, also of 3 bedrooms, they have a surface area of 227 to 345 square meters and are built on spacious plots of land. With a beautiful high ceiling, they offer a comfortable and intimate living space turned towards the outside.

The Promoter

Pointe d'Esny Le Village - The Beau Vallon Group

The promoter started its activities as a sugarcane producer and miller in the early 1800s before diversifying into agricultural activities. It was then incorporated as a company - The Beau Vallon Group - in 1921.
Today, the company is organized around four business segments: Agriculture, Hospitality, Real Estate, and Leisure.

The group operates 4,900 hectares of agricultural land. Over the past 20 years, it has diversified its activities into land and real estate development, as well as hospitality.

The Beau Vallon Group expanded its land and agricultural assets and diversified into the hotel industry through acquisitions in 2011. It owns the Preskil Island Resort and Astroea Beach in Pointe d'Esny, and the Solana Beach in Belle Mare.
The Group’s Property department has successfully divided up large plots of land to cater for different residential segments, including the Beau Vallon, Ville Noire, and Souillac divisions. The same success was achieved from the division of agricultural land. The department is also currently developing the PDS Pointe d'Esny Le Village project, and an eco-neighborhood project in Beau Vallon to be built around the old sugar cane mill buildings.
